Cassia (Chinese cinnamon) essential oil has a strong spicy aroma, small amounts of which can fundamentally replace any mixture of essential oils or a dessert rich in spices.

Cassia (Chinese cinnamon) essential oil can be used in cooking: when baking cakes or bread, replace cinnamon with it or use it as an excellent seasoning for various snacks and desserts.

Add one drop of Cassia (Chinese cinnamon) and one drop of Lemon (Lemon) essential oils to the water – you will make a refreshing spicy citrus drink!
