Ravintsara essential oil
Cinnamomum camphora
Fresh and earthy, Ravintsara essential oil has potent cleansing and refreshing benefits. It can be diffused to refresh a room or added to your favorite skin cleanser. Similar in chemistry to Eucalyptus, Ravintsara is a milder option.
Usage Tips:
- Add a drop to a soothing Epsom salt bath
- Diffuse for a refreshing, herbal scent
- Add a few drops to a spray bottle with water and spray on surfaces or hands
- Mix with facial cleanser for added cleansing benefits
The aroma of the Ravintsara essential oil can be described as a combination of camphor and eucalyptus, but greener – both uplifting and energizing. It contains the chemical constituent Eucalyptol, which gives it similar properties to Eucalyptus oil. It is ideal for promoting feelings of clear breathing and open airways.
Ravintsara has a relaxing aroma. Add a few drops of Ravintsara to Epsom salt in warm water for a calming aroma with your bath or use it as part of a relaxing massage after a rigorous workout. Diffuse at night with Lavender essential oil to create a restful environment at bedtime. Create your own favorite blends by combing Ravintsara with essential oils like Copaiba, Frankincense, Lavender, Peppermint, Rose, Tangerine, Vetiver, or Wintergreen.
The use of this oil promotes these positive properties:
Spiritual awareness, wisdom, the ability to have and set healthy boundaries for communication, wholeness, wellness, motivation and positivity, and the vision and ability to make decisions.
